Rapping With The River Rambler

I had the pleasure of chatting with artist and angler Richard C. Harrington for an episode of his podcast, The River Rambler. Richard and I first connected through Writers on the Fly, but got to know each other a bit more last year when he graciously donated an “Our Rivers Are Paved” print to WaterWatch.

Richard is a kind, wise soul and his passion for creativity, fly fishing, steelhead, and community is palpable and infectious. Check out his artwork on his website.

Listen to our conversation: online, on Spotify, or on Apple.

From Richard: This week I’m joined by Jesse Lance Robbins and we’re discussing his new book “The Best Fly Fishing is Everywhere,” which comes out today. We also discuss growing up in Maine, where his interest in writing started, studying abroad in Scotland and fishing in New Zealand, creative minds, tarpon, and so much more.
